Meet Our Corporate Officers
Scott Shaw Managing Partner / CEO
Mr. Shaw is a graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelors in Business Administration and attended a graduate program at Pace University for Accounting. Scott starting his career as an investment advisor, he utilized this experience to start several companies over the last 20 years including a successful Mortgage Business and Venture Capital company. Scott was also a Pioneer of Online Tax Return Systems, being one of the first to create an online service which allows individuals and Business' to submit their tax documents online. Scott's vision is to create VGP into an industry recognized specialty staffing firm.
Michael Eisenberg Managing Partner / COO
Mr. Eisenberg received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University. Michael began his career as a Partner in a residential mortgage brokerage firm for 10years. He then branched out with his Partners and started a private commercial lending partnership in conjunction with a Hedge Fund to provide private financing in the NY/NJ/CT real estate markets. Michael was responsible for daily business operations, business development, and overall growth. Michael joined Valor Group in 2014 bringing extensive experience in sales, business development and account management. He strives to see the overall company growth of Valor Group.
